Disaster Recovery
This web location contains documents to aid with the restoration of critical
ACD computer systems in the event of a disaster.
Autoinstall discs
Windows XP and Linux can be installed using scripted installs. For Linux, we use
RedHat's kickstart, and for Windows, we use a scripted install disc created by
Tim Fredrick. These pages describe the "autoinstalls" for the two operating systems:

The following document supercedes previous web pages that existed regarding
server recovery. It contains a comprehensive list of servers and
steps beyond the above "autoinstalls" necessary to establish services on
those servers. The document is intended for ACD Computing staff only, and
